Two Invitations. One Mission. I'm honored to share that I've been invited, for the second time, to serve as a panelist at the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce National Conference 2026. Being invited once is a privilege. Being invited back is a reminder that leadership is not built by titles. It's built through service, consistency, and the impact we have on others. One lesson I've learned throughout my career: Opportunities rarely come to those who are waiting. They come to those who are preparing. This opportunity is about much more than a speaking engagement. It's about helping entrepreneurs grow, creating opportunities for others, and investing in the next generation of leaders. One of my favorite leadership principles is simple: Leadership is not about how many people follow you. It's about how many leaders you help develop. I'm grateful for the mentors, colleagues, clients, and leaders who have invested in me along the way, and I'm excited to continue serving, learning, and contributing at this year's conference. If you're a leader, entrepreneur, or professional who wants to make an impact while building a meaningful career, I'd love to connect. #USHCC2026 #Leadership #LeadershipDevelopment #HispanicBusiness #Entrepreneurship #CareerGrowth #WomenInLeadership Disclosures: thrivent.com/social

The "Pain Cave" isn't a place I've only heard about. I've lived there. At the Thrivent Women Conference, Olympic Champion Jessie Diggins shared her philosophy about the Pain Cave; the place where everything in you wants to quit, but growth is still asking you to take one more step. As I listened, I couldn't help but reflect on my own journey. Leaving Ecuador and building a life in a new country. Walking through the pain of divorce. Starting and rebuilding businesses in different industries. Beginning over when it would have been easier to stay where I was. None of those seasons were comfortable. None came with guarantees. But every one of them developed resilience, strengthened my faith, and prepared me for the opportunity to serve others in ways I could never have imagined. I've learned that growth rarely happens in our comfort zone. It happens when we decide to give everything we have, even when the outcome is uncertain. As leaders, we face a similar choice every day: Do we choose comfort, or do we choose growth? The people who make the greatest impact are often the ones willing to embrace challenges with faith, courage, and purpose. Looking back, what felt like my deepest valleys became some of God's greatest training grounds. Maybe the challenge you're facing today isn't holding you back. Maybe it's preparing you for your next calling. 🎙️ This microphone reminds me of my dad. He was a television and radio broadcaster who taught me something that has stayed with me my entire life: Be bold. Use your voice to bring hope and encouragement. Today, my microphone looks different. As a financial advisor and market developer, I have the privilege of helping individuals and families make wise financial decisions that align with their values and purpose. One lesson from my Certified Kingdom Advisor (CKA) training has especially shaped my perspective: don’t just think about Return on Investment (ROI)—think about Return on Life. Your money is a tool to help you live the life God has called you to live. The real question isn’t just, “How much can I earn?” It’s, “What kind of life do I want to create with the resources I’ve been entrusted with?” ✨ What does your best life look like? I’d love to have that conversation with you and explore how your financial decisions can help support the life you truly want to live. An incredible privilege to speak with 300+ attendees at the Baptist Convention about the connection between personal values and financial planning. Today's world pulls us in every direction, but lasting joy doesn't come from having more—it comes from living in alignment with what matters most. Behavioral Financial Advice research shows that people who align their financial decisions with their core values experience greater fulfillment, confidence, and long-term financial success. Your values should guide your goals. Your goals should guide your money. When your finances reflect your purpose, you don't just build wealth—you build a meaningful life. Thank you, Baptist Convention, for allowing me to share this important message. We are a team of bilingual financial advisors called to serve people with excellence—meeting clients not just in their preferred language, but in their deepest values. We don’t lead with products… we lead with purpose. We don’t focus only on transactions… we focus on transformation. Our commitment is simple but powerful: Value first. Always. I’m incredibly proud of a team that shows up with heart, integrity, and a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of families, business owners, and communities. Budgeting isn’t restriction — it’s leadership. Because a budget is simply a plan that gives your money an assignment. At SHINE, with the Convención Bautista Hispana de Texas, I had the privilege of leading a bilingual seminar for 500+ attendees on a truth that changes families: Your money will always go somewhere… The question is whether it goes to your values or to your default habits. Here’s the simple framework we used: The POWER Budget (5 minutes to start): Purpose — What matters most in this season? Outcomes — What goal are we funding next? Where — What are the 3 biggest “leaks”? Execute — Automate the first step (pay yourself first / savings / giving). Review — 10 minutes weekly to stay aligned. Budget = permission. Permission to say “yes” to what you value… and “not now” to what doesn’t serve your calling. 💬 Question: If your spending matched your values perfectly, what would change first—saving, debt, giving, or peace of mind? Do you really know what your business is worth—or are you guessing and hoping it’s enough for your future? I’m grateful to share that I earned the CEPA®️ (Certified Exit Planning Advisor) designation—all glory to God for this milestone. 🙌🏽 As a bilingual financial advisor serving purpose‑led business owners, my mission is to help you move from uncertainty to clarity—and from clarity to transferable value. 🎙️ Featured on KPRC: Gen Z, “Revenge Saving,” and Reclaiming Financial Power 💸 I had the honor of joining Andy Cerota on KPRC to discuss a powerful financial movement gaining traction among Gen Z — “revenge saving.” But here’s what’s truly inspiring: it’s not about restriction — it’s about reclaiming control, building confidence, and aligning money with purpose. 📱 From no-spend challenges to intentional budgeting, Gen Z is proving that small, consistent choices can lead to big confidence.
