Jason has been with Thrivent since 2013. He specializes in retirement planning. Throughout his service, he has focused his career on helping clients with retirement, managing assets while exploring tax efficiencies and developing estate plans that support the people and organizations clients care about most. He has served his local church for more than 15 years and enjoys raising his four children with his wife, Joanna.

Joel establishes and maintains an ongoing financial relationship with his clients to help them reach their financial goals. He specializes in helping people be more secure in areas of retirement income planning, investment management and protecting loved ones against the impact of long-term care, death, and disability. He also is our key team member responsible for small business solutions and public employes, with an emphasis on public school teachers. Joel enjoys family time with his wife, Michelle, and their two sons.

Matt’s goal is to help clients put their financial plans in motion to support their lifelong dreams,while protecting the people and causes they care about most. Looking at where clients are today and driven by their goals and values, Matt will draw on his industry expertise to help clients map out a path to a more secure financial future. He has focused his career on simplifying clients’ financial journey to retirement by expertly managing investments, ensuring proper asset allocation, and the vital safeguard of life insurance to protect client’s legacy. He spends his time as a volunteer leader at YoungLife Homer Glen, on the golf course, and with family and friends.

Maciej specializes in investment management, analysis, and account maintenance. His association with Thrivent began with an Action Team benefiting a Uganda mission trip, which he was a part of. Soon after, he became a client of Thrivent. Two years later, Maciej was recruited to Thrivent by his advisor friend! He helps clients to be wise with money and live generously through creating and enforcing good money habits. He and his wife, Wioleta, and son, Przemek, are volunteer leaders in St Peter Lutheran Church Schaumburg and Emilia Plater Polish School in Streamwood. Volunteering in their community is very important to his family. In any extra time, Maciek enjoys running, riding his bike and snowboarding.

Lin provides administrative and systems support to our team, including coordinating financial advisor calendars with our team appointment schedulers, Lynn & Stacy. She also handles client service requests such as account inquiries and updates. Lin aims to elevate our member experience by displaying Jesus to clients and focusing on client relations. Outside of work, Lin enjoys playing games and creating adventures with family and friends.

Carson has over 15 years in the marketing industry and enjoys expressing her creativity through graphic design and digital media. Her role inside Thrivent is to provide marketing support and guidance to our team through digital channels and in-person events. She is responsible for increasing name recognition, community events, media placement, speaking engagements and social media facilitation. Carson's goal is to increase awareness about the benefits of working with a Thrivent team and continue to grow our community impact.
