🧠 Teenagers + Money = Lessons That Stick 💡 One day, you realize that your teen looks JUST LIKE his dad did at that age! Mind blowing! But looks aren't the only inherited trait that kids can get from their parents. If you think your teenager isn’t watching how you manage money… think again. They notice when you choose to save instead of splurge. They hear how you talk about debt, bills, goals, and financial stress. And more importantly—they’re forming their own money mindset based on YOU. With our teenagers, we’ve made it a point to: Talk openly about financial wins and setbacks Involve them in real-life budgeting choices Show the importance of earning before spending These years aren’t just for tests and extracurriculars—they're prime time for building financial confidence and understanding. Because when they leave the nest, their money habits come with them. 📚 Let’s raise teens who know the value of a dollar—and the freedom that smart money habits bring. What’s a money lesson your teen has picked up from you lately? #ParentingTeens #FinancialLiteracy #MoneyHabits #LeadByExample #RaisingAdults Disclosures: thrivent.com/social

❤️ Life insurance is for when you LOVE someone ❤️ It gives your loved ones time to grieve, not panic. Without life insurance, your death could leave your family not only heartbroken, but scrambling to pay for funeral costs and everyday expenses. A life insurance policy gives them breathing room to grieve without immediate financial pressure. I LOVE this man and we're getting ready to celebrate our 17th wedding anniversary soon. I pray for many more anniversaries, but since I don't have a crystal ball, I have life insurance. Life insurance is an act of responsibility. And love. Disclosures: thrivent.com/social
