Live Generously

Community Impact
Giving back is an important part of who we are. We believe strong communities are built through service, involvement, and consistent support. Our team is proud to invest time, leadership, and resources into organizations and events that strengthen education, families, and local opportunities.
Our team members are actively involved in the community in meaningful ways. Amy serves as a volunteer teacher with Junior Achievement, was the 2026 Women’s Networking Event Chairperson, and is a member of the Wilkommen Committee. Tim serves on several local boards, including the Oak Hills Foundation Board, Oak Hills Operating Board, Sunset Apartments Board, and the New Ulm Area Bowling Association Board. Cole and Maddie are proud sponsors and members of HYPE, and our office is an active member of the New Ulm Chamber of Commerce.
In 2025, we were honored to sponsor the Rolling Thunder Golf Outing, a New Ulm Junior Baseball Association team, and the New Ulm City Bowling Tournament. We also supported several impactful community events and look forward to continuing that support in 2026, including the Tea for Cancer Foundation Gala, JA Big Bowl, Oak Hills Foundation Bowling Tournament Fundraiser, Mingle with a Purpose, the Minnesota Valley Lutheran High School Gala, and the Upper Midwest Classic Baseball Tournament.
Looking ahead, we are proud to be a sponsor of the Cornerstone Lutheran / Mt. Olive Lutheran Gala in March 2026.
We are grateful for the opportunity to serve and support the organizations that make our community a better place to live, work, and grow.

Amy Pearson
RICP®, CLTC®
I began my career as a teacher, where I discovered how much I enjoy helping others learn and grow. Nearly ten years ago, I made the transition into financial advising so I could continue teaching in a new way—by helping people learn how to be wise with their money. Over the years, I’ve learned that people have a wide range of confidence levels when it comes to saving and managing what they’ve been given. My goal is to meet clients where they are, provide clear guidance, and help them move forward with confidence.
I specialize in creating tax-savvy retirement and legacy plans that help clients make the most of what they’ve built while preparing for the future. Whether it’s developing a retirement income strategy or structuring a legacy plan, I strive to make complex financial decisions understandable and manageable.
Outside of work, I enjoy staying active by working out, playing golf, and traveling with my family. I also value being involved in my community and volunteer with the New Ulm Chamber of Commerce, Junior Achievement, MLC, MVL, and my church.

Cole Ranweiler
I’m a financial advisor with deep roots in the New Ulm community, passionate about helping people achieve financial confidence. I was born and raised in New Ulm and have lived here my entire life. I graduated from New Ulm High School in 2021 and went on to play baseball at Minnesota State University, Mankato, where I earned my Business degree in the Spring of 2025.
From a young age, I’ve been fascinated by finances—some of my earliest memories involve counting coins at the kitchen table and making mini budgets with my brother. That early interest grew into a lifelong passion for helping others make smart financial decisions.
You may recognize me from the New Ulm Brewers—I’ve always loved baseball, and being part of the team has been a great way to stay connected to the community.
New Ulm isn’t just where I’m from—it’s where I plan to build my future. I’m excited to raise a family here, give back to the community that raised me, and help others pursue their financial goals with confidence.
