I had the privilege of competing in my first Brazilian Jiu Jitsu competition on Saturday! Surrounded by the best family and coaches I could ever ask for, I was able to earn my first competitive gold medal as a blue belt. I am so thankful for the opportunity to learn a new sport, train with some of the most incredible people, and be part of such a supportive community.
