The Global Leadership Summit was truly an incredible experience. We were privileged to listen to inspiring leaders such as Carey Lorenz, the pioneering female Navy F-14 Tomcat pilot, and one of my personal favorites, restaurateur Will Guidara. As a retired Navy Chef, I found their speeches particularly resonant with my own leadership journey. Our program, path2success, provides guidance for our members, but it is our commitment to unreasonable hospitality that truly sets us apart. By fostering a culture of generosity and support, we empower our members to make a positive impact in their communities. The surprise visit from Dan and Estella of Operation Blessing, one of our community partners, was a touching reminder of the importance of collaboration and service.

A fantastic day was had at the Global Leadership Summit hosted by Bridge Church in Virginia Beach. Joseph Budde and Devon Balea were in attendance along with a great group of Thrivent members, contributing to the assembly of 100 snack bags to be given out alongside backpacks for students returning to school.
