Mike is a Financial Advisor with Thrivent for the past 20 years who specializes in retirement income planning and estate planning. He grew up in North Jersey but has resided in Dillsburg for the past 15 years with his wife and their two children. Mike attends Immanuel Church, which is located in Mechanicsburg, where he is involved in several ministries. One of the ministries he leads is the Men’s ministry. He enjoys fellowship and growing relationships with the guys whether it’s around the firepit, at a church retreat, or serving the community together. Outside of work, you can find Mike at the local dirt track or camping with his family and friends. Kayaking is also an activity he enjoys in his free time; in his words, “It’s how I relax.” Giving back to the community by volunteering with local charities and organizations is also something that is very important to him. One of Mike’s passions is to grow old with his wife, May, with no regrets and enjoy new experiences often, building new memories that they will cherish together for many years.

Mike joined Thrivent because of the opportunity to guide others on their financial journey and along the way, share a walk of faith with them. Having the ability to help his clients with their finances and providing for his family has inspired Mike to continue the work he has been doing since 2003.

Ron is a Financial Advisor with Thrivent for the past 11 years who specializes in retirement income planning and college planning. He grew up in New Jersey but currently resides in Mechanicsburg, after moving from the Pacific Northwest region in 2007. In June 2023, Ron married his wife Kim surrounded by all their friends and family. He has three children; Reagan, Rebecca, and Ryan. Reagan is currently working as a paralegal at a law firm in Harrisburg, PA, Rebecca is in her junior year at Juniata College studying Biology and Ryan will be starting school at Shippensburg in the Fall where he will study Cyber Security. When he is not in the office, you can find Ron working on home renovation projects or traveling with his family. He also enjoys golfing with his son and friends, woodworking, and he is currently a volunteer with the Cumberland Valley Marching Band.

Ron joined Thrivent because he thoroughly enjoys guiding families in achieving their financial goals while staying true to their faith. He values our teams “3 To” strategy; to understand, to guide, to achieve and uses this to fulfill his client’s needs. The long-term relationships he has built with his clients have inspired him to continue to serve the community for the past decade and he looks forward to nurturing these relationships while building new ones. 

Chris is a Financial Advisor with Thrivent for the past 7 years who specializes in retirement income planning and insurances (including Medicare). He grew up in Lancaster but has lived in Harrisburg for the past 22 years with his wife Missy and dog Bailey. In 2022, they welcomed their daughter Scarlett and have been enjoying life as new parents. His home church is St. Marks Evangelical Lutheran Church, which is located in Harrisburg. When not working, you’ll find Chris enjoying the outdoors & most likely in his garden. Chris also enjoys volunteering with organizations that focus on helping young adults, such as Cigars for Good and Lower Susquehanna Synod Leadership Training Camp.

Chris joined Thrivent because of the opportunity he gets every day to serve clients while remaining true to his values. He has obtained multiple designations throughout his years with Thrivent. One being BFA, or Behavioral Financial Advisor designation, where the primary objective is to help clients focus on making decisions that are not entirely emotionally driven but focus more on decisions that align with their values. He draws on the ability to have a positive impact on a family with their finances as his inspiration for his work. In an industry that is constantly changing, Chris acknowledges the continuous necessity to stay educated with his clients ever changing needs and continues to work towards additional designations.

My wife Tiffany and our daughter Ayanna reside in Chambersburg where we grew up. In my free time, I enjoy spending time doing yard work, outdoor activities (golf, hunting & fishing) and spending time with Tiffany & Ayanna at our cabin in upstate PA or at the beach. I also enjoy volunteering with Thrivent Builds & Habitat for Humanity, Shalom Christian Academy and other great organizations across Franklin County.

Rob has been with Thrivent for a year now and is centrally located in Lancaster, PA with his wife Rachael and their daughter, Addison. Rob grew up in many different places due to his father's involvement in the U.S. Navy - some of those places include Virginia Beach, Rhode Island, Okinawa, Japan, Mobile, AL, and Carlisle, PA. As a former cook and high school culinary teacher, in his free time, Rob enjoys cooking and baking with his family as well as hosting friends at their home. Rob favorite part about working at Thrivent is being part of an organization where my faith and values align with my clients. Helping them accomplish their goals and confidently approach the future.

Zach joined our Thrivent team in 2021, and his role is as an Associate Representative. He grew up in the Mechanicsburg area and attended West Chester University, graduating with a degree in Finance and Economics; before moving on to Duquesne University. When not in the office, you can find Zach on the golf course or in nearby water doing some fishing. Zach joined Thrivent because he sees it as a great way to help others. He has been able to form meaningful relationships and has turned himself into a resource for others that Thrivent was for his own family. Zach’s favorite part about working for Fusion Financial is the environment and establishing relationships with his co-workers that are always ready to help.  

Charlene joined the Fusion Financial Group as an Office Professional in October of 2021. She grew up in the coal mining region of Hazelton, PA but currently resides in Mechanicsburg, PA for the last 26 years with her husband, Keith, and their three children, Luke, Thomas, and Rachel. Charlene attends West Shore Free Church where she enjoys helping out with the College Outreach Ministry. In her time outside of work, Charlene also loves cooking and back, doing fireside s’mores with friends and family, and playing and watching sports, football especially. Charlene has been a Steelers fan since the Terry Bradshaw years. “Joining the Fusion Financial Group was a God moment. It was a job opportunity that would allow me to be more involved interacting with people in the community, and help me acquire new skills along the way. I am continually inspired by people who put their faith into action by being an extension of Christ, through encouragement, service, and interaction with others. I desire to live a life where I can impact others in a positive way to spur them on in their faith.”

Kayla joined the Fusion Financial Group in October 2021 as an Office Professional. She was born and raised in Harrisburg and currently resides in Steelton, PA with her fiancé, Max, and their son, Jaxon, who was born in December 2021. Kayla attended Harrisburg Area Community College for one year and then moved onto West Chester University, where she obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Media and Culture and a minor in Human Resource Management. As an Office Professional, she not only does administrative duties but also oversees the marketing and event planning for the Fusion Financial Group. When she is not working, Kayla enjoys watching Law & Order: SVU, spending time with family and friends, and weekend beach trips to the family beach house in Delaware. “Thrivent was a God given opportunity that fell into my hands 2 months before my son’s due date, and I was fortunate enough to secure the job and come back from maternity leave to an amazing, supportive team. The charitable aspect of Thrivent is what attracted me to the company and helping others maintain financial health while giving them the opportunity to help out in their communities has to be my favorite part about working for Thrivent.”
