Blaine has been a financial professional with the Flint Hills Group since 2015. Joining the team after graduating from Kansas State University, he is happy to call Manhattan home. Blaine considers it a privilege to assist his clients in discovering what’s most important to them and providing suitable advice to help achieve their stated goals and dreams. Outside of the office Blaine serves on The Flint Hills Praisefest and The House Café Boards. Blaine and his wife, Laura, have been married since 2013 and have three children, Benaiah, Clara, and Hannah. 

Dave has two primary objectives with the people he serves: The first is to help make their retirement goals a reality. The second is to help them prepare for the “certainty of uncertainty.” Married with two adult children and five grandchildren, Dave understands the importance of flexible planning throughout life changes that we all experience. Dave has been with Thrivent since 2011 and takes a lot of pride in helping build a solid team practice in order to help support Christian families not only locally, but in many other states. A key accomplishment for Dave is helping create and grow the region’s largest free Christian music festival, Flint Hills Praisefest.

Dillon began working at Thrivent in 2016. He is passionate about helping clients develop and implement their personalized financial plans while celebrating milestones with them along the way. Dillon and his wife, Shannon, have been married since 2015. They have four children, Eleanor, Ada, Jack, and Madelyn. When not spending time with his family, Dillon enjoys hunting and fishing as well coaching the Manhattan High School junior varsity baseball team, where he has coached for five seasons. Dillon also enjoys volunteering for Flint Hills Praisefest

Scott has a passion for advising people throughout the different stages of their financial lives. Whether you are retired, planning to retire, changing jobs, or adding members to your family having someone to guide and advise you through your financial decisions is vital. Scott excels at listening to your needs, wants, and wishes and helping you achieve your goals. Scott and his wife Michelle, have three boys, Ethan, Colin, and Logan. Scott enjoys spending time with his family, playing baseball, hockey, airsoft, fishing, and hunting. Scott volunteers as a baseball coach, troop leader for Trail Life USA Troop KS-0057, and Flint Hills Praisefest.
