Blaine has been a financial professional with the Flint Hills Group since 2015. He is passionate about integrating technical expertise and biblically wise counsel when helping clients build a sense of clarity and purpose in stewarding their wealth.
Blaine graduated from Kansas State University and competed as a sprinter for the Wildcats. He and his wife, Laura, met in college and married in 2013. They have three children: Benaiah, Clara and Hannah.
An athlete at heart, Blaine spends a lot of time focusing on his fitness and teaching his children about sports and leadership. Blaine and Laura also have a hobby farm with a small garden and quite the flock of chickens. In addition, Blaine and his family are members of University Christian Church, and Blaine serves as the vice president of the Flint Hills Praisefest Board.

Dave has been with Thrivent since 2011 and takes pride in helping support Christian families not only locally, but in many other states. Dave has two primary objectives when serving clients. The first is to help them make their retirement goals a reality and the second is to help them prepare for the “certainty of uncertainty.” Married with two adult children and five grandchildren, Dave understands the importance of forming flexible plans in case of unexpected life changes.
Dave’s diverse background includes military service, corporate leadership, entrepreneurship, marriage, coaching, parenting, and now, grandparenting. All these experiences help him relate in some way to most of his clients.
Outside of the office, Dave has helped create and grow the region’s largest free Christian music festival, Flint Hills Praisefest. He also cherishes spending time with his family and whatever outdoor adventures he can find.

When not spending time with his family, Dillon enjoys running, lifting weights, hunting and fishing. Dillon also enjoys coaching baseball, volunteering for Flint Hills Praisefest and creating community for men through Fireside Resurgence.
