Cancer Care Bags Items Collection Drive and Assembly Event-
Help us collect the following items to create bags that will be distributed to patients at their first chemo treatment who are alone to let them know that someone cares. We are partnering with UF Shands in Jacksonville. Items are to be dropped off to the Jax office by 8/1.
- fuzzy socks
- unscented lip balm
- individual tissue packs
- purse size unscented hand lotion
- lavender/peppermint roller balls
- peppermint mints or gum
- books- crossword puzzles, word search, suduko
- packs of pens or pencils
- small blankets
- cups with straws
Volunteer positions are full for 8/9.

Care bags will be given to dropped off at UF Health Oncology in Fernandina Beach. Items are to be dropped off M, T, TH, Friday from 8:30am-1:30pm at Exit 1 Stop Realty office in Fernandina Beach by 8/1. Items are:

- peppermint mints or gum
- books- crossword puzzles, word searches, suduko
- packs of pens and pencils

- cup with straw
Volunteers will be needed on August 9th to help us assemble the bags; lunch will be provided. Please RSVP by 8/4 to help make a difference in the community.

Please join First Coast Group as we are hosting a Murder Mystery Fundraising Event.
“I love the 80’s to Death” at Grace Lutheran Church.
Please join us for an interactive evening with food, fashion, and your detective skills. Dressing up is not required but encouraged.
In lieu of charging admission for this event, please consider donating to the Iris Lending Library.
A representative will be on hand to receive your donation.
Refreshments will be provided by Faith Forward Catering.
