Estate Preservation for the Next Generation
Join us for a lunch and learn on Tuesday, September 16 at 11:30 am
This event is designed to help educate you and your beneficiaries on the challenges many people face in retirement as they age. We can provide you and your family with the professional advice and guidance needed to help prepare for life’s “what-ifs.”
To put it simply, this workshop addresses “things to watch out for when something happens to mom and dad.” That “something” could be a long-term illness leading to nursing home care, or it could be the estate transfer process and taxation issues that need to be dealt with. Many people make the mistake of thinking only wealthy people must pay taxes upon death. But I know that’s not the reality and have seen the impacts this can have on the families I serve.
Key topics covered:
• Concerns around how you can protect your assets for you and your loved ones as you age.
• Common misconceptions around long-term care planning and the realities people face.
• How your money is taxed and what you can do to minimize impacts.
• Key planning strategies that can help you make the most of your retirement assets.
Lunch will be provided.
No products will be sold. See thrivent.com/social for important disclosure information.
