About Diana Ashbaugh
I love working alongside individuals and families to demystify the world of finances so that they have a clear path to meeting their financial goals. As a former track and field athlete, I had great coaches who helped me understand that you can't start every race by sprinting. You have to set a pace that is realistic but pushes you to achieve your goals. I see myself as a coach to you with your financial goals. Everyone is running a race that is different than the person next to them, and you need a plan, pace, and coach who can help you navigate all of the factors that affect your ability to reach your financial goals.
I love being in the role of "coach". My journey to being a Financial Advisor at Thrivent goes back to a previous profession where I started to identify how different every family's needs are. My coaching began with counseling struggling families caring for their sick children at Stanford's Lucile Packard Children's Hospital. With that experience, and children of my own, I understand the diversity of a family's needs and how to deal with the unexpected - all the while helping individuals and families achieve growth and prosperity.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband, daughter, son, and our dog. My family and I love to have fun and bring humor into everything we do. I also love going to all types of concerts, running, watching science fiction shows and movies, and bringing joy to those around me!
