Our team was actually built on a Habitat for Humanity Build Trip in the jungles of Guatemala. Bret had begun to think about his own plan and legacy and knew it was time to strategize for the day that he too may retire. On the Habitat trip with Adam, it clicked that he was already in business with his best partner and the person who would serve the clients he loves when he stopped coming to the office. Adam is a great fit, already knew the depth of his dad’s relationships with his clients and was ready to join his dad in their shared passion of helping those around them.
