About William (Bill) Leach

I have been a part of the financial industry for 20 years, 15 of which has been with Thrivent as a Financial Advisor. I am proud to be a Thrivent financial professional who provides personalized financial guidance to people at all stages of life. I work with individuals, families, churches, schools, and non-profits. I believe in getting to know every client on a personal level, not just a professional one. What matters to you, matters to me as well.

My passion for financial literacy and wealth building is rooted in my own experiences and the desire to empower communities to break generational cycles and build lasting prosperity. I understand the unique challenges that many communities face, and I strive to provide personalized financial guidance that respects cultures, values, and goals. Whether it’s budgeting, investing, or planning for retirement, I believe that everyone deserves access to the tools and knowledge needed to take control of their financial destiny.

I am a New Jersey native, and I am still in New Jersey with my college sweetheart Michael and our two adult children Jonathan and Rhema. I am an active member of the Cathedral International in Perth Amboy, where I’ve served as an associate minister since October 1997. Outside of work I enjoy reading, board games, basketball, golfing, camping, good food, and spending time with family and friends.

I look forward to connecting with you and learning your story. Together we’ll build financial legacies, break barriers, and create a future of financial freedom.
