I began working in financial services in 2001 and have enjoyed it from the start. As a financial advisor, I love building long-term relationships and partnering with clients to help them make wise money choices aligned with their goals and values. One of my goals is to help clients gain confidence and contentment in their financial planning strategies and increase their probability of financial freedom, both in certain and uncertain times.
My wife, son, daughter and I live nearby and attend Eagle Brook Church in White Bear Lake. I am a member of the Financial Planning Association. When not at the office, I enjoy coaching my middle-school-aged kids in basketball and baseball. In addition, I love spending time with friends and family, traveling, cooking, entertaining, camping and hunting with my black lab, Braven.
About Nick Rasmussen

In addition, I love spending time with friends and family, traveling, cooking, entertaining, camping and hunting with my black lab, Braven.
I joined Thrivent in 2025 with a strong foundation in finance and a deep commitment to supporting clients and advisors in their financial journeys. I graduated with distinction from the University of Wisconsin–Madison School of Business, earning a degree in Finance. I hold Series 7 and Series 66 licenses and am certified in Life, Accident, and Health Insurance.
As part of the Wellspring Advisor Group, I strive to bring clarity, efficiency, and care to every interaction. My role allows me to help support our advisors in delivering thoughtful, values-based financial guidance to individuals and families across our communities.
