With over a decade of experience in the financial services and insurance industry, Shanell Foster partners with families, professionals, and business owners to bring clarity, confidence, and intention to their financial lives. Her work is rooted in helping clients become future‑ready—not only by building financial security, but by creating lasting legacies defined by generosity, purpose, and impact.
Originally from Jamaica and a Palm Beach County resident for more than 13 years, Shanell brings a global perspective and deep community connection to her practice. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance from the University of the West Indies, Mona, an MBA from Central Michigan University, and completed Executive Education in Investment Management Theory and Practice at Yale University’s School of Management.
Shanell’s leadership extends well beyond her professional role. She is deeply committed to community building and service, having served as a former Board Member of the Alliance of Women Executives, and as a Committee Member for the Boys & Girls Club of Wellington and JustWorld International. She is also an active member of the Greater Wellington Chamber, the Wellington Rotary Club, and Impact the Palm Beaches—organizations that align with her passion for meaningful, measurable community impact.
Outside of business, Shanell is a devoted wife and mother. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Wesley Foster, a civil engineer, and their 3 children on their equestrian farm, where family, faith, and stewardship are central to daily life.
Shanell firmly believes she is called to lead as a servant leader, guided by faith, integrity, and excellence. She strives to live out these values consistently—both personally and professionally—by serving others with purpose and leading by example.
