Since joining Thrivent in 2021, I’ve been honored to serve individuals and families throughout Fergus Falls, Battle Lake, and the surrounding Minnesota communities. My passion is helping people achieve financial clarity and confidence through teaching, coaching, and walking alongside them in life’s transitions.

I believe financial planning should be personal and focused. My commitment is to diving deep into each client’s unique situation to craft strategies that align with their values, goals, and calling. I believe that my role as an advisor is that of a teacher, a coach, and an advocate — someone who helps you not only understand your finances, but also feel the freedom to cross the threshold — and start using them in ways that reflect what matters most.

Faith, Family & Community

I’ve lived in Fergus Falls for over 13 years. All four of our children were born here, and we’re deeply rooted in this community. My wife Sofia and I have been married since 2009, and we’re raising our family in the rhythms of church, school, and small-town life we’ve grown to love.

Outside the office, I coach CrossFit (where I see more than a few parallels between physical discipline and financial planning), direct our local AWANA children’s ministry (with over 120 kids and 70 volunteers), teach Sunday school, sing on the worship team, read constantly, and play guitar when I can sneak in a quiet moment.

Above all, my work is grounded in my Christian faith. I believe in stewardship, generosity, and purpose — and that every decision we make with money reflects something deeper. One day, I’ll give an account for how I served others. That shapes everything I do here.
