About Stephen Knopke

I grew up in the Lake St. Louis area and currently live in Kirkwood. My wife Jenna and we have 2 young boys that keep us very busy, Jeremiah and Jackson. We are a competitive household when it comes to sports. We enjoy anything and everything with my favorites being football, weightlifting and endurance events. My wife Jenna is the better athlete, she played college soccer and that is her favorite sport but she is great at everything. We also enjoy the outdoors and hiking. This picture is from Yosemite on our hike to Half Dome, the most beautiful place we have ever visited.

Early in our dating life I mentioned that one day I would like to teach personal finance or be a financial advisor. I am thrilled that I get to fulfill both roles at Thrivent.
