One of the most meaningful ways I can honor Hispanic Heritage Month is by celebrating a part of my roots: my Spanish language. 🇪🇨❤️ Spanish is more than a language to me. It is part of my story. It connects me to Ecuador, to the people who shaped me, and to the communities I’m honored to serve. So seeing my own image on a career banner in Spanish is a moment I don’t take for granted. 🥹 Because representation matters. Our language matters. Our stories matter. Our talents matter. Two Invitations. One Mission. I'm honored to share that I've been invited, for the second time, to serve as a panelist at the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce National Conference 2026. Being invited once is a privilege. Being invited back is a reminder that leadership is not built by titles. It's built through service, consistency, and the impact we have on others. One lesson I've learned throughout my career: Opportunities rarely come to those who are waiting. They come to those who are preparing. This opportunity is about much more than a speaking engagement. It's about helping entrepreneurs grow, creating opportunities for others, and investing in the next generation of leaders. One of my favorite leadership principles is simple: Leadership is not about how many people follow you. It's about how many leaders you help develop. I'm grateful for the mentors, colleagues, clients, and leaders who have invested in me along the way, and I'm excited to continue serving, learning, and contributing at this year's conference.
