We are excited to invite you to our upcoming Shred & Electronics Disposal Event - a free service exclusively for our valued clients and community members.


Safely dispose of: Confidential personal documents (secure shredding on-site) Old electronic devices (responsible recycling). Accepted items: Any PCs, Laptops, Servers, Cellphones, Modems, Tablets, Printers, Scanners, DVD Player, Flatscreen TVs, Wires, Cables, Adapters, Power Supplies, Network Equipment, Keyboards, Mice, Radios, Vacuum cleaners, Plastic or small metal appliances, Holiday string lights, plastic/metal fans, Video Game Consoles, Flatscreen monitors, phones and microwaves. You will need to unload the items from your vehicle.


All at no cost to you!


While the purpose of this event is secure disposal, we are also using it as an opportunity to give back to our local community - and we invite you to join us in living generously.


How you can help:

  • Bring non-perishable food items for the Salvation Army Food Pantry
  • Make a monetary donation (any amount) to the Northern Illinois Food Bank

Your generosity will help fill empty shelves and bring hope to local families in need. Let's make a difference together - securely, responsibly, and generously.


Refreshments will be served. Please bring a guest you would like to introduce to Thrivent.
