About Ryan Spiering

I joined Thrivent in 2019 after a 10-year career in the Construction Management industry. I have a passion for equipping others with the tools and the advice they need to live a purposeful life. Joining the Thrivent team has given me the opportunity to serve others with holistic financial strategies.

I was born and raised in Union Grove, WI and now live in Kaukauna with my wife, Heather, and our three children Hailey, Natalie and Reid. We attend church at Holy Spirit in Kimberly. Our family can often be found having campfires in the backyard, cheering on the Packers or walking our dog through High Cliff State Park. I also love shooting sporting clays, working on projects around the house and I am an avid waterfowl hunter.
