Darcy Brown, our tenured Financial Consultant, has been interested in helping families his whole life. As a young boy he lost his Mother and saw the affect that loss could have on a family and the importance of planning for unforeseen events.

After graduating from the University of Wisconsin- Stout 1991, Darcy joined Lutheran Brotherhood in Eau Claire, WI. His former manager remembers him as "the only one to wear a tie to the career fair."

Darcy has served members in Menomonie, his hometown for over 30 years. His passion for financial strategies, risk management and investments shows in the many close relationships he has developed with his clients.

When not at the office, Darcy enjoys traveling with Habitat for Humanity, hunting, fishing, and camping. He is married to Patty (lucky guy!) and has three kids.

Carli joined the team in 2025. She has since become licensed for Life and Health Insurance. Carli grew up in Menomonie and graduated from Menomonie High School in 2020. She attended Chippewa Valley Technical College and graduated with an Associate's Degree in 2022. Carli enjoys spending time with her family, golfing, boating, and being outdoors.

Sawyer joined the team in 2025. He graduated from Menomonie High School in 2020. After high school, Sawyer joined the Army Reserves while going to school in La Crosse, where he graduated in 2025 with a degree in Computer Science. Sawyer enjoys cycling, hunting, and spending time with friends.
