Rachel Wirth was born and raised in Central Texas, where strong family values and a commitment to stewardship shaped her approach to life and work. Her connection to Thrivent is a deeply personal family tradition rooted in a long-term relationship spanning five generations. From an early age, Rachel’s grandparents instilled in her the importance of saving, planning, and being intentional with financial decisions.

Rachel earned a degree in Biology from The University of Texas, along with a business certificate from the McCombs School of Business. Her professional journey is uniquely diverse, ranging from work in a cancer research lab to sales roles supporting scientific laboratories with specialized scientific equipment. These experiences strengthened her analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to explain complex information clearly—skills that continue to serve her clients today.

Rachel’s path to becoming a Financial Advisor began on a personal note. While helping a family member reinvest assets following the loss of a loved one, a Thrivent Financial Advisor named Steve encouraged her to consider a career in financial advising. At the time, Rachel was thriving in a successful scientific sales career. Nearly a decade later, after leaving that role to help manage two family estates, Rachel found herself consistently discussing the vital importance of holistic financial and estate planning with friends and family. What began as conversations quickly grew into a passion for educating and guiding others.

Remembering Steve’s advice, Rachel reached out—and today, she is proud to serve as a Thrivent Financial Advisor. She is driven by a desire to help individuals and families align their financial decisions with what matters most to them.

Outside of work, Rachel enjoys spending time with family and friends, country dancing, hunting, and participating in events with her church’s singles group. She is also becoming involved in the Pflugerville Chamber of Commerce. Her faith is essential in all aspects of her life and guides both her personal values and professional practice.
