Jeremy has been in the Financial Services industry since 2002 and looks forward to serving our clients with the care and excellence they deserve. He graduated from Truman State University in Kirksville, MO with a Bachelor of Science and has earned the Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®) designation. Before joining Thrivent, he held various VP roles for Insurance and Investment companies in the Upper Midwest.

Jeremy lives in Rosemount along with his wife and 2 daughters. They are members of Eaglebrook Church and he serves in a South Metro Men's Group Bible Study.

Dave joined Thrivent in 1995 and has served thousands of clients on their path to Financial Clarity and Retirement.

He and his wife Val have lived in Zimmerman, MN for the last two decades and are active members at Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Elk River.

They love traveling and exploring the country in their RV, volunteering at various organizations in the local community, nationally and internationally. They cherish spending time with family and friends. They very much enjoy spending time with their nine grandchildren. They do this all while working alongside their son Jeremy at Pattern Wealth Group-Thrivent.

Mark is a Graduate of Concordia College. He has 39 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry. Mark and his wife, Karen, live in St. Michael and have two adult children. Mark and Karen are members of the Buffalo Covenant Church. Mark enjoys sports, hiking on the North Shore, skiing and duck hunting.

Brenda joined Thrivent in 2012. She graduated from North Dakota State University with a Bachelor of Science degree and has earned the Certification in Long-Term Care designation. By asking questions, listening and using the tools available to her, Brenda loves to help clients achieve their financial goals. Brenda has lived in Elk River, Minnesota, for more than 20 years with her husband, Jason. They are proud parents to Zach, who serves in the U.S. Air Force, and Savannah, a college student. They are members of Central Lutheran Church.

Josiah specializes in holistic and tax efficient financial planning for young families, pre-retirees, retirees and business owners—in growth mode or planning for a successful exit strategy. Through his authentic and thoughtful approach, he helps clients who want to keep their hard-earned money and achieve financial freedom, while prioritizing family, purpose and generosity.

Josiah is married to his amazing wife Roxie and has two energetic and fun-loving children—Luke and Emma. He enjoys downhill skiing out West, fishing, volunteering at Real Life Church and giving back to his community and non-profit organizations.

Eric joined Thrivent in 2017. He graduated from University of Minnesota Duluth with a Bachelor of Business Administration. He likes helping people with their finances no matter what life stage they are in. He also enjoys providing financial educating as he wants people to have the knowledge so they can make wise decisions for their own personal situation, so they are able to achieve their goals.

Eric grew up in Buffalo and has strong roots in the community. Eric married his wife Jillian in 2008. He enjoys golfing, fishing, and traveling. Eric is a member of St. Johns Lutheran church in Buffalo, MN.

Erika joined the Pattern Wealth Group after 7 years in the real estate industry, most recently as an operations manager. Her positive personality greets clients on the phone and welcomes them at appreciation events and personal financial reviews. As an office professional and client concierge, she supports the team in all areas of service.

Erika lives in Buffalo with her husband Josh. They are members of Saint Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Buffalo. They are proud parents of 2 adult children Evan and Hailey. Besides spoiling the family dog, Sadie, her hobbies include reading, walking and kayaking.

Theresa has a driving passion to help others by utilizing her talents and gifts in a positive and impactful way. She enjoys helping the team with their marketing efforts and providing an exceptional client experience. 

Theresa has lived in Woodbury with her husband Jeff since 1993. She enjoys volunteering, long drives, playing cribbage, traveling to see her favorite musicians, watching football and spending time with family and friends. What is most important to her is the happiness and well-being of her family and friends.
