Susie Leifheit
Susie LeifheitWealth AdvisorCFP®, RICP®, BFA™

Susie Leifheit has obtained the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional designation and is a founding team member of Pacific Northwest Consultants. She works with a variety of clients and specializes in retirement income planning, holistic financial planning, charitable giving, trusts and guardianships. Susie came to Thrivent in search of a meaningful career that combined her passion for building long-term relationships with her talent for complex analysis. Susie enjoys sharing information and resources with her clients to help them create a meaningful financial plan. She is dedicated to empowering individuals and families to make informed decisions and gain confidence in their financial future.  

Outside of work, Susie loves to travel, spend time outdoors, woodwork, paint and take her golden retriever Finley to the local Children's Hospital. She also enjoys supporting local organizations that positively impact the lives of others.

Lani McQuilkinAssociate

Lani manages the overall operations of our team. She specializes in using our complex analysis tools, such as Morningstar, MoneyGuidePro, and What-if Tax to help Susie provide you with meaningful advice. Lani ensures the office runs smoothly and any of your day-to-day needs are met. She plays a key role in assuring our clients receive topnotch service.

Lani grew up in Sandpoint, Idaho and grew to love Spokane while studying at Whitworth University, ‘sgo Bucs! Lani enjoys international travel, outdoor sports, creative hobbies and quality time with family, friends and her yellow lab, Ruth.

Lydia Brown
Lydia BrownOffice Manager

Lydia is often the first point of contact for incoming clients and client requests. She is dedicated to creating a welcoming and supportive experience, helping clients feel valued as they navigate their financial journey. She also assists clients with Thrivent's generosity programs, including Thrivent Action Teams and Thrivent Choice Dollars®, and enjoys helping clients make a meaningful impact in their communities.

Originally from Portland, Oregon, Lydia relocated to Spokane nearly 31 years ago and has enjoyed watching the region grow and thrive. She is married and the proud mother of three children, including two adult children and her youngest, who is currently in high school. When she's not in the office, you'll likely find her tending to her garden and yard, planning her next travel adventure, enjoying a great book, or spending quality time with her cherished pit bull.
