Caron has been at Thrivent since 2010 and began her career in Life Insurance before moving to the Remote Practice Support team in 2021. She brings over 20 years of Insurance and Financial services industry experience and functions as liaison to achieve exceptional workflow and solutions.

Laura has been with Thrivent since 2003. She has experience at Thrivent in a variety of areas including Brokerage Services, Suitability, Mutual Fund Customer Service, and she joined the Remote Practice Support team in 2019. Laura's specialties are in Brokerage and Mutual funds but supports all product related tasks to help leverage workload.

Erika has been at Thrivent since 2021 and began her career in the Virtual Advice team before moving to the Remote Practice Support team. She has over 20 years of Customer Service and Sales experience and strives to create a positive customer interaction. She supports all products and related tasks to help leverage workload. 

Heather has been at Thrivent since 2013 and began her Thrivent career in Contract Change before moving to the Remote Practice Support team in 2019. She has expertise in life insurance and supports all products.
