MATTHEW MAST is the Lead Financial Consultant with North Pier Financial Consultants. Matthew grew up in Nebraska and lived there until he graduated from college. He has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Colorado. Shortly after receiving his bachelor’s degree, he began his career in the Financial Industry. Matthew has 20 years’ experience working in the Financial Industry, with 10 of those years at Thrivent. Matthew and his wife, Juli, have two children, Hazel and Silas. They are members of Christ Lutheran Church in Stevensville. He enjoys spending time with family, friends, and going to the beach. Matthew’s goal is to work with families to help them achieve financial peace of mind.

SARAH IWANIUK joined Thrivent in 2022 and is one of our Financial Advisors. Sarah grew up in Southwest Michigan, graduating from Lakeshore High School. After earning her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sarah worked for the Berrien County Trial Court. She later partnered with several Fortune 500 companies before deciding to focus her skills back in the local community. Sarah and her husband, Justin, live in Baroda with their two children, Ben, and Olivia. Sarah enjoys cooking, spending time with her family, and is passionate about helping people. Understanding finances can be deeply personal, Sarah's goal is to provide clients with guidance to make financial choices based on their unique values and priorities.

SCOTT SILCOX is one of our Financial Advisors. He has been with Thrivent since January 2019. Scott is originally from Saint Joseph, graduating from St. Joseph High School in 1995. Scott received a bachelor’s degree from Western Michigan University. After graduating Scott began a career in finance, working with several Fortune 500 companies. Scott and his wife, Anna returned to the area in 2008 where they currently live with their three sons, Kale, Evan, and Milo. Scott and his family are members of Christ Lutheran Church in Stevensville. Scott enjoys spending time with his family, friends, and dogs. He also loves taking advantage of the numerous outdoor activities our beautiful area provides. Scott has a designation in Behavioral Financial Advice and is passionate about helping members achieve financial clarity. 

Tyler Streu is a Financial Advisor with Thrivent, proudly serving the Southwest Michigan community since 2022. A Coloma native, Tyler graduated from Coloma High School and went on to earn his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Siena Heights University. He is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Family Financial Planning from Montana State University. Deeply rooted in his faith and community, Tyler is an active member of Salem Lutheran Church in Coloma, where he serves in multiple leadership roles, including Vice-Chairman of the Congregation. He also gives back through membership with the Coloma Lions Club and the Paw Paw Lake Rotary Club. Tyler and his wife, Cali, live in Coloma, where they enjoy spending quality time with family and friends. Tyler’s objective is to serve clients with a personalized approach to aid in developing and maintaining their financial future.
