Sharron is a senior on our dedicated service professional team. With six years of financial industry experience at Thrivent, she is familiar with and assists in keeping our practice operations running smoothly behind the scene to allow for exceptional client service to be priority. Her interests outside of work include outdoor family adventures, reading, and culinary arts.

Tony has been a Thrivent employee since 2013. He has worked in the Member Connection Center and moved to the Thrivent Mutual Funds team where he passed the Series 6 exam and became licensed. He moved to the Dedicated Service team in 2018 and he loves it.

Dusti has been an employee at Thrivent since August of 2017. Her background in Sales and Customer Service spans over 12 years and makes her a valued asset to the Dedicated Service Team. When weather permits, she enjoys live music outdoors and spontaneous road trip adventures. When spending time indoors, her favorite thing to do is play board games with friends and family.

Pam has worked at Thrivent for almost 10 years. Her vast client experience stems from years supporting beneficiaries during the claims process. Pam brings more than 20 years of customer service support to our clients and team. In her free time, Pam enjoys family walks and camping with her husband, young daughter, and dog.
