Our Story
About Muskego Lakes Group

The Muskego Lakes Financial Advisors office isn’t an office full of people you meet just once or twice. We’re here to make sure the financial guidance process is based on your goals and values.

You’ll get to know the whole team as you schedule your appointments, build and implement a plan, call with questions, attend our social events, lead a Thrivent Action Team and introduce us to your friends and family.

We’ll help you make decisions around your insurance, investing and retirement planning needs by getting to know what really matters to you.

We see money as a tool, not a goal, and through this lens can accomplish more in bringing you real satisfaction.

I enjoy being a Financial Advisor, because I also get to be a teacher. . . I love the feeling you get when you take a very complicated or confusing subject, break it down and suddenly you see it click. As a financial advisor not only do I get to educate people on important and often-times confusing aspects of the financial world, but together we develop a strategy that empowers members and helps them to reach their goals. I am a life-long resident of the Greater Milwaukee Area and 18-year veteran of the Financial Services Industry. My greatest achievements are being the husband of Charis, and father of Griffin, Violet, Caleb & Jordyn. In my free time, you can find me coaching my children’s basketball, football, and baseball teams, or spending time with friends and family. I also enjoy my role as chair of the investment committee for the Wisconsin Lutheran High School Foundation. We attend St Paul Lutheran Church in Muskego where our kids also go to school.

For me, being a Financial Associate is all about taking people from where they are and helping them get to where they want to be. After 21 years in the industry, I’ve learned that it really is all about making a connection and taking the time to understand the needs and goals of my members. Together, we'll find answers to the questions, "How much life insurance do I need?", "How much do I need to retire?", and "Can we really afford to help the kids through college?" I strive to do what is best for my clients in all cases, providing strong financial guidance and working with them to determine how best to get them to their dreams. I am a lifelong resident of the Greater Milwaukee Area and have spent my entire career as a Thrivent financial professional. I am the husband of Julie, and father of Kallie, Brady, and Nolan. In my free time, you can find me at one of my daughter’s dance recitals, home with family, friends, and neighbors, or on the nearest golf course.

I enjoy providing financial clarity through education.

I love helping others discover their values and decide what personal journey they’d like to live out! I act as a guide so those goals are implemented and lived out. Whether you love learning about finance and want to be on the details or numbers make your head spin… TOGETHER we can develop a comprehensive strategy you can feel confident in.

I’m a resident of Muskego, WI and UW-Platteville alumni, but I work with clients THROUGHOUT THE COUNTRY. I married Brian in 2001; we love every moment with our three sons, Creighton, Blake & Cole. In my free time, I enjoy coordinating events for women, speaking on stage with my pastor husband, or throwing a football in the yard with my boys.

I strive to provide personalized financial guidance to people at all stages of life. We view money not as a goal, but as a tool — one that can afford you a life rich in meaning and gratitude. We believe humanity thrives when individuals make the most of all they've been given. I'm here to help you do just that. Whether you're considering life insurance, investments, college planning, or simply need financial guidance, I am here for you every step of the way.

In my free time, you'll find me spending time with my wife Sarah, daughter Lola, family and friends, or on the golf course.
