Brett loves refining and perfecting the inner workings of a financial plan. His attention to detail was born as a technician for the Monster Energy Pro Circuit Kawasaki professional motorcycle racing team. Eventually, he moved into financial services at Wells Fargo to use his degree in Business Finance. He was quickly tapped on the shoulder to come onboard at Thrivent. Brett is energized by conversations about investments, tax strategies, and all things retirement planning. 

Nikki joined the team in February 2025 and offers remote support to our practice focusing on client relationships. Nikki's role includes helping organize events, scheduling, and general communications in the practice. She has a genuine passion for helping create an exceptional client experience. Nikki's favorite part of her role is being able to interact with our amazing clients on whatever their needs may be.

Nikki lives in beautiful Ventura County, CA with her husband Matt. When she is not at home she can be found visiting their vacation home in Lake Havasu City, AZ —because sunshine, boat days, and floating with friends are non-negotiables for them. Nikki is a coffee-fueled mom of two on a broad spectrum with one prepping for college and one mastering second grade. Along with that she has three awesome grown step kids and two dogs who keep life fun and fresh. Nikki loves to travel, laugh (A LOT), and put family at the center of everything. She labels her life "a beautiful chaos" and wouldn't have it any other way.
