John earned a BA from Valparaiso University, a Master of Arts in Theology from Trinity Lutheran Seminary and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. Prior to joining Thrivent in 2008, he worked as a consultant in customer sales and service.
Christine earned a BA from DePauw University and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. Prior to joining Thrivent in 2010, she was a private banker and a commercial lender.
Andrew earned a BA from Valparaiso University and joined our practice in 2024.
We are all licensed financial professionals having passed the FINRA Series 7 (General Securities) and FINRA Series 66 (Uniform Combined State Law) exams. John is licensed in the states of Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Tennessee, Texas, Washington and Wisconsin.
John and Christine have been married over 28 years and live in Barrington, Illinois. They have three children including Andrew, his twin sister, and an older daughter. We are active members of our church and community. Christine also serves on the board of directors for a non-profit organization that provides grants to underserved communities.
