About Melissa Kadrmas
About Melissa Kadrmas

Financial decisions often come with mixed emotions—questions about retirement, uncertainty around investments, and how to protect what matters most. I meet clients where they are, helping move from worry and overwhelm to clarity and confidence through a structured, planning‑first approach that fits real life.

I live in Southwest Florida and grew up in Wisconsin. An entrepreneur since 1999, I bring practical, hands‑on perspective to planning conversations. I have serve with the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary since 2014, and I’m a proud mom to a 27‑year‑old son. I enjoy traveling and have a passion for educating clients—breaking complex topics into plain language so decisions feel easier and more informed.

Whether we meet virtually or in person at our offices in Fort Myers, St. Petersburg, or Sun City, my goal is simple: provide guidance designed to help you feel informed, prepared, and confident about your financial path. If you’re ready to turn questions into a clear, actionable plan, let’s connect in the way that works best for you.
