Marcia started working in the financial industry 20+ years ago, assisting clients that varied between individual business owners to Fortune 500 companies. She has spent her time with personal, non-profit and business clients of many colors, sizes and cultures to help them along their financial journey realizing their earning capability and meeting their goals. Now using her experience as a consultant, Marcia advises groups from many backgrounds, providing solid guidance, promoting generosity and adores seeing change and self-actualization in real time.

Marcia received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Woman's Studies at Hamline University in St. Paul. She has lived in Minneapolis, MN all her life and is a strong leader in her church, which is located in the Third Precinct near heart of the Twin Cities. She is married with three boys who keep her active in the community and church and works alongside her husband, Aaron Jones, who is also a Financial Associate at Thrivent.
