I grew up on a farm in Illinois, have my bachelor's and master's in Agriculture Economics, and worked in various careers in agriculture before I opened my practice with Thrivent. Our family also suffered two major losses in 2016 (the deaths of my in-laws who were also our business partners). After their deaths, I saw first hand the importance of having a financial plan (including life insurance) in place. We were able to keep the farm in the family and continue the business for generations to come. I truly feel called to help you combine your values and finances in ways to reach your goal and help families protect and preserve their legacy. My husband Daniel and I still operate a diversified family farm in Washington County Kansas and grow corn, soybeans, wheat, and beef cattle. We have three children, Lorena (6), Ida (4), and Dietrich (1) We are members of Zion Lutheran Church in Linn, Kansas and are active in our local parochial school, Linn Lutheran.
