Since 2009, Bob has enjoyed helping Thrivent clients protect their families and their dreams. He helps them plan for life events such as retirement and assists them in developing and executing estate and charity strategies through legacy planning. Bob is dedicated to understanding your goals and then taking an educational approach to helping you select the right solutions for your situation. Bob has been happily married to his wife, Denise, for 27 years, and they enjoy hiking, biking and disc golfing together.

As a past Assemblies of God missionary and pastor, Dave feels his calling is to help clients achieve their goals as part of the Lord’s plan. He has been with Thrivent for 10 years and recently moved from management back to serving clients. One of Dave’s focus areas is helping congregations with financial planning, retirement planning and tax-efficient charitable giving. He is blessed to be married to his wife, Cheryl, with whom he shares three sons and six grandkids. In his free time, Dave enjoys traveling and engaging with charitable organizations.

Matt is a New Jersey native and feels privileged to be a Thrivent financial advisor in Central New Jersey. Before joining Thrivent, Matt earned a bachelor’s degree in financial planning from Liberty University in 2021. While Matt seeks to serve people with a variety of financial needs, he specializes in small business planning and strategizing, as well as college planning. When he’s not at the office, you’ll find Matt at local chamber of commerce events, volunteering down at the shore, working out at the gym or spending time with friends and family.

As our office manager, Susan has the important job of being the first point of contact for our team. Although new to Thrivent, she has a wealth of industry experience and does an outstanding job of keeping the entire team focused on serving clients. Susan is married to Mark, and they have two sons. When not at the office, she loves spending time with her family.
