Peter has been with the Thrivent since 2014 and joined the financial services industry in 2008. Peter is married to his college sweetheart, Kristen. They have four daughters, Vanayah, Aavona, Isabelle and Abigail. Peter and his family are members at Good Shepherd Lutheran in West Bend where Kristen is the School Counselor, and the girls attend school. Peter serves on numerous boards including Senior Citizens Activities and Seed of Hope Center in West Bend. 

Ramiro has been in the financial services industry since 2015 after eight years in accounting and auditing. He loves helping individuals and families combine their values and blessings into a detailed plan that helps enable them to reach their goals. He is very passionate about learning their goals whether it be being more tax efficient, retirement accumulation strategies, protecting the future, etc. Before Thrivent, he volunteered with various organizations to provide financial education. Ramiro is married to Naomi, and they have two teenage daughters. They reside in Jackson and are members of Good Shepherd Lutheran in West Bend. In his less busy time, Ramiro enjoys spending time with family & friends, volunteering, and watching his kids play sports. He is blessed to serve on various boards including Casa Guadalupe, KML Jr. Chargers Fastpitch, Kettle Moraine YMCA, and volunteers with several other wonderful organizations across Washington County.

Erich started his practice as a financial advisor with his two passions at the forefront: Following Jesus and serving his community. Through his work with Thrivent, he strives to provide service to his clients that not only meets their needs and goals, but also keeps faith at the center. Erich and his wife Sarah have three children, serve in their church in Fond du Lac, and take opportunities to support local organizations, like Fond du Lac Christian School and Charis Pregnancy Help Center. Outside of work and ministry, you can likely find Erich at a coffee shop or enjoying outdoor activities with friends and family. 

Joshua joined Thrivent in 2019, where he partnered with his mother Lisa Senkbeil and established the Cedar Lake Group. As of December 31, 2023, Lisa Senkbeil retired, and the Cedar Lake Group merged with the Lakefront Group. Joshua’s primary role is to reinforce the Lakefront Advisors and Associates by researching and constructing retirement plans, investment portfolios, insurance plans, tax efficient strategies & dedicated planning opportunities. When not working remotely for the Lakefront Group, Joshua enjoys skiing, hiking, or golfing in his home state, Colorado and attends Riverside Church in Denver. 

Eileen has been in the banking and financial services industries since 2009. She joined Thrivent in 2022. Eileen and her husband Charlie have lived in West Bend for over 20 years and raised four children. They are active members of Community Church. Eileen is passionate about helping others and enjoys the opportunity to assist people to make the most of all they’ve been given. In the summer you may find her reading, hiking or relaxing near a lake. 

Chris has served as a financial associate with Thrivent since 2016. He also teaches for the Lubar School of Business at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee and serves on the Circle of Empowerment Board of Directors. Chris enjoys volunteering with local churches and organizations and is married to Kim and they have four adult children. He lives in Grafton and attends Grace Church.

Ryan has worked with the organization since 2017 and has been in the financial services industry since 2007. Ryan is married to his high school sweetheart Jodi. They have four children, three girls named Ryleigh, Gracyn and Eleanore and a son named Micah. Ryan lives in Fond du Lac and attends Edgewood Community Church. 

Lori joined Thrivent in the Fall of 2021, as the Office Manager for Peter Kapler. She finds it rewarding to work with Peter as he helps clients reach their various goals including protecting their families, planning for their futures, and enjoying retirement. Lori and her husband Dan like to attend community events, and when possible, support/volunteer with different nonprofits and events.
