I bring over two decades of experience with Thrivent, specializing in the comprehensive design and management of retirement strategies. My expertise encompasses considerations such as diversification, allocation, and protective measures to ensure long-term financial success.

I currently reside in Wadsworth with my spouse, Maggie, and our two children, Mia and Michael. Our family is actively involved in the Bethel Lutheran Church in Gurnee. Outside of work, I enjoy hobbies such as horology (the study of time and timepieces), basketball, and spending quality time with my family.

I joined Thrivent as a client in 1996 and became a Financial Advisor in 2014. My 26 years at W.W. Grainger allowed me to develop people, teams, manage inventory, grow sales, and improve productivity. Now as a Financial Advisor I assess financial needs of individuals and helping them make decisions on investments, tax laws, and insurance. I also help clients plan for short and long-term goals, such as budgeting for educational expenses and saving for retirement through investments.   

I live in Lindenhurst, IL with my wife, Rhonda. We enjoy spending time with our sons, Joseph, and Daniel’s family, typical vacations include hiking and getting outdoors. My hobbies include photography, fishing, gardening, hiking and lately puzzles.

Sharron is a senior on our Remote Practice Support. With seven years of financial industry experience at Thrivent, she is familiar with and assists in keeping our practice operations running smoothly behind the scenes to allow for exceptional client service to be priority. Her interests outside of work include outdoor family adventures, reading, and culinary arts.

Erika has been working with Thrivent in security licensed positions since 2021. She is committed to accurate and efficient customer service. Outside of work Erika enjoys sports, activities with her children, and fostering puppies. 

Genie joined our Remote Practice Support team as a licensed colleague in 2024 after serving as a Virtual Financial Advisor here at Thrivent. She understands the importance of personalized and convenient financial guidance that prioritizes clients values, needs and goals, and she is passionate about providing a great client experience. Outside of work, she enjoys serving her community and making new memories with her family. 

Whitney joined Thrivent and our Remote Practice support team in the spring of 2023. She has worked in customer service for 10 years with varying experiences in different industries. Her passion is to help each client with a positive and friendly attitude. In her free time she enjoys traveling, trying new foods, reading, watching movies, and attending professional football or soccer games with her husband.
