Next Generation Financial Advisors changed its name from Glacial Hills Financial Group in 2024 to better reflect our expanded presence and our attention to multi-generational planning with an emphasis on planning for small business owners and farmers.

About Kyle Olson
I have been serving my clients as a Financial Advisor at Thrivent since 2017 and I emphasize the importance of providing comprehensive and holistic planning for individuals seeking a sound financial future.
I was born and raised in Highland, KS, attended Highland High school, where I graduated from in 2001. I went on to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Social Science from K-State in 2007 and continue to expand my education by obtaining various licenses and professional designations to help grow my business.
In my free time, I enjoy working outside and trying to learn the crazy game of golf. I am a proud husband to Sarah, father to Ella, Levi, and Jonah, and son to Wayne and Marla. Aside from my professional endeavors, I enjoy spending time with family and friends.

Jonah Watt
Jonah was born and raised in Fairway, Kansas, and currently resides in Mission Kansas with his wife, Kendall and their two dogs. Jonah graduated from Kansas State University with a degree in Business Administration in 2022 before working in financial services for two years in Parkville, Mo. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling with Kendall, duck hunting, golfing, Royals baseball and spending time with close family and friends.

Baker Inman
Baker was born and raised in Pleasanton, KS, and attended Pittsburg State University, where he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and a minor in Fraud Examination. After graduating in 2017, Baker began working in the financial tech industry, gaining valuable experience before transitioning to Thrivent in 2024.
He now lives in Kansas City with his girlfriend, Cheyenne, and their mini zoo of rescue animals. Outside of work, Baker can be found reading, volunteering with the local dog shelter, or spending quality time with family and friends.

Kristin Hillyer
Kristin was born and raised in Highland, KS and has been working in the financial industry since 2012. She has been with Thrivent since 2022. She attended Kansas State University and lived and worked in the Kansas City area for eight years before moving back to Hiawatha after marrying her husband, Lincoln. Together they have two boys, Porter and Preston, and are kept busy with all of their activities, sports, and school projects. Outside of work and kids, Kristin loves to travel, spend time with friends and family, and be active in the community.
