🎄✨Every year, our Director of Operations, Kristin Hillyer, uses one of her Thrivent Action Teams to support the Christmas Store at Hiawatha First United Methodist Church—helping welcome children and their families as they shop for Christmas gifts and enjoy a warm meal together. This year was no different, with nearly 200 guests coming through the doors! It was such a joy to see the church filled with friendly faces, festive cheer, and plenty of delicious food. Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the day so special! A big thank-you to Lentz Express for their generous donation toward the meal—our guests had so many compliments, and we truly couldn’t do this without the support of our wonderful community. A free will offering was collected and we are so thrilled to announce that approximately $1400 will go to help support the BackPack Buddies program at HES! And don’t forget to use your Thrivent Action Teams before the end of the year—we’re always happy to help you come up with ideas!❤️🏠🎁
