After a successful career in nonprofit fundraising, Justin became a financial advisor with Thrivent because he wanted the opportunity to serve individuals and families in a more comprehensive way. Today, as a CFP® professional, he works with clients on retirement planning, risk management, estate strategies and solutions for businesses. A graduate of the University of Iowa, Justin grew up on a farm in eastern Iowa and still enjoys helping on the family farm. He and his wife, Nicole, have three children, Charlotte, Henry and Rosalie. When he's not working with clients, you'll often find him spending time with his family, fishing, hunting, cheering on the Hawkeyes, watching movies or barbecuing. Justin also serves on the Grant Committee for the Iowa County Community Foundation.

This achievement is a reflection of my commitment to ongoing education, high professional standards, and providing clients with thoughtful, comprehensive financial guidance.
The CFP®️ certification process required countless hours of studying, learning, and applying complex planning concepts. It was certainly one of the most challenging professional endeavors I've undertaken, but it reinforced the responsibility and privilege that comes with helping individuals and families make important financial decisions.
I'm incredibly grateful to my family, colleagues, mentors, clients, and friends who encouraged and supported me throughout the journey.
I look forward to continuing to put what I've learned into practice and using that knowledge to better serve the individuals and families who place their trust in me every day.
