Proud dad moment! Last fall, I was an assistant coach for my kids YMCA volleyball league. I don't think we won a best 2 out of 3 set all season. This early spring season, I'm now the head coach. We've already won 3 out of the first 4 weeks. My players are much happier, and I'm really glad to see how much they've improved. Much like working with people to achieve their financial goals. It's all about the journey - improvement over perfection and celebrating the WINS!
