Caron has been at Thrivent since 2010 and began her career in Insurance before moving to DSP in 2021. She brings over 20 years of financial services industry experience and functions as liaison to achieve exceptional workflow and solutions. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 children.

Darcy has been at Thrivent since 2008. She has a daughter and they love to go fishing when the weather allows. She is also an avid crocheter and is currently renovating her house.

Heather has been married to her husband Scott for 24 years and they have 2 boys together. Riley is 21 and Reece is 17. She has been with Thrivent since 2013. She started her career in Contract Change before moving to DSP in 2019. She loves to travel and is currently in the beginning process of building a “retirement home” up north in Crivitz Wisconsin. 

Katie has been at Thrivent since 2013 and began her Thrivent career in Annuities before moving to DSP in 2022. She brings over 13 years of customer care experience and strives to create positive customer interactions. She has expertise in annuities and supports all product related tasks to help leverage workload. Outside of work she loves to go on adventures with her young 2 boys and rescue dog.
