Why Thrivent?

I grew up in Michigan active in the church. My parents purchased a juvenile life insurance policy for me and my siblings, so I have known about Thrivent a long time. Like many without a proper financial education, I quickly surrendered the policy in the ignorance of my youth only to regret that decision in early adulthood.

As the Lord led me to a career as a financial advisor with Thrivent, I quickly learned the true value and importance of the planning my parents had gifted me. I did not pursue an education with this career in mind. I got my degree in Theology and Psychology, but I found my calling serving God’s people through financial education that it so desperately lacking in our society’s educational systems. My family and I have been incredibly blessed with this career!

I am supported by Myrriah, my wife of 16 years, as well as our three children: sons Avery and Gryffin and daughter Ophelia. I enjoy playing any team sport as well as running, fishing, and staying active in local choirs. Our family loves visiting Door County during the summers as much as we can with our friends and extended family.
