My Journey, Guided by Faith

Through God’s guidance, my path has been one of purpose and calling. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Accounting in 2017 and became a licensed financial advisor in 2018. In 2023, I deepened my commitment to serving families by earning the Chartered Special Needs Consultant® (ChSNC®) designation.

As a mom of two—including a daughter with special needs—I don’t just understand the challenges families face; I live them. I’m also a pastor’s wife and a passionate advocate for helping families thrive in Faith, Finance, and Generosity. My mission is rooted in both professional expertise and personal experience.

My Heart
My Heart

I am grateful that the Lord has blessed me with a wonderful family, church family, and friends. My husband, John, is a pastor of a local church where I also volunteer as church clerk and children’s church leader.

We have two beautiful daughters, Jenna and Jenni. Jenna, our funny, brave, and loving young lady was diagnosed with Autism in 1998. We have been blessed to watch her achieve great accomplishments over the years and are looking forward to experiencing her next with her. Jenni, our loving, caring, and giving Christian earned her teaching degree through Central Methodist University and loves volunteering her time helping to guide youth with education and faith.

Organizations that I care about:

I volunteer as a board member of Life Center for Independent Living in Farmington. LIFE, Inc. is a local non-profit who serves St. Francois and surrounding Counties with numerous assistant programs from transportation, assistive technology for communication, assistance within home care for Veterans, employment services and more. Serving our community as a board member through our local Desloge Chamber of Commerce helps us to stay connected in the community and help small businesses thrive. We love working and living where everyone treats you like family. I also volunteer and support nonprofits such as Hope for Autism, Habitat for Humanity of St. Francois County, United Way of St. Francois County, St. Paul Lutheran School and High School, the Association of Aging with Developmental Disabilities, and Furnace Creek Church Camp.

My Passion
My Passion

"I am passionate about meeting and helping new families. While we may all be weathering the same storm, each family is in a different boat, facing unique challenges. My mission is to help families Thrive in Faith and Finance—because when they feel secure, they sleep better at night. That financial clarity is what makes this work so meaningful to me."

Many people are surprised to learn that Medicare and Medicaid don’t provide the extended care coverage they expect. That’s why having a long-term care strategy can be an essential part of your financial plan. Not only does it help protect your savings—it can also preserve your choices. Thrivent is not connected with or endorsed by the U.S. government or the federal Medicare program.

The future may be full of unknowns—but one thing you can prepare for is how you’ll handle long-term care if or when the need arises. Planning for extended care today gives you more choices tomorrow. It helps protect your finances and independence—while allowing your loved ones to remain care managers, not full-time caregivers. ➡️ If you have any questions or would like to explore your options, let’s schedule time to discuss.
