Matthew Gall

Matthew Gall is a long‑time Nebraskan deeply rooted in family, faith, and community. He and his wife, NaTasha, have been married since 2003 and are raising five children—Jessica, Angella, Dominic, Timothy, and Emmelou on their homestead in Southeastern Nebraska. He is an active member of Northridge Church in Falls City and is connected to the rural farming community. Matthew also invests his time in youth‑focused and service‑driven organizations Trail Life, American Heritage Girls, and Compassion International.

Professionally, Matthew is a CRPC®‑credentialed financial advisor and is the lead advisor and Founding member of Thrivent’s Impact Financial Advisors. Matthew serves clients from across the nation and has offices in Lincoln, Auburn, and Falls City, NE. He helps individuals and families strengthen their financial position, plan for retirement, protect their future, and build meaningful legacies. Matthew specializes in retirement planning, retirement income strategies, estate planning, life insurance, and income tax planning—providing personalized guidance grounded in what matters most to his clients.

Nancy L. Stepp is a dedicated Financial Advisor committed to helping clients build purposeful, values‑aligned financial plans. She takes time to understand each client’s unique circumstances, listening deeply to identify their goals, motivations, and the impact they hope to make. Through this personalized approach, Nancy guides clients in strengthening their financial position, building emergency savings, managing debt, protecting their families, and preparing for life’s unexpected events. She also equips clients with strategies for long‑term care planning, purposeful investing, tax‑efficient money management, retirement preparation, education funding, lifelong income solutions, charitable giving, and legacy planning.

Nancy Specializes in Client Relationships. She loves to know all about your family and the things that you care about most. She is deeply interested in your story and how we can shape it going forward.

Beyond her advisory work, Nancy is a mom to Sarah, an active member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, an avid reader, and a member of the church’s Memorials and Endowment Committee. These roles reflect her commitment to service, community, and thoughtful stewardship.

Nancy’s experience includes nearly a decade supporting Thrivent members and advisors through her work with Thrivent’s Engagement Team, where she helped individuals and communities live generously.

Nancy is passionate about serving the Lincoln and surrounding communities and empowering clients to live generously and plan confidently for the future. Her work is driven by a belief in meaningful impact—locally and globally.

Ryan Thompson is a devoted husband to Jackie and proud dad to Parker, Griffin, Isabelle, and Maxwell. A retired military servicemember, he brings the values shaped during his years of service—discipline, integrity, and a commitment to helping others—into every part of his life. Ryan enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, especially fishing and being on the water, and he values the moments that keep him grounded and connected to what matters most.

Professionally, Ryan serves as a Financial Advisor with Impact Financial Advisors, where he helps individuals and families bring clarity and confidence to their financial lives. Building on his military background, advanced education, and a strong set of industry credentials, he approaches financial guidance with a blend of structure, empathy, and purpose. Ryan partners with clients to strengthen their financial position, safeguard their future, and plan intentionally for retirement. His areas of specialization include life insurance, retirement income planning, education funding strategies, savings plans, and investment management.
