Mike Aasen joined Thrivent in 2014. He and his family have lived in Bottineau since 2006 after moving from Sherwood. He was excited to join Thrivent because he really likes helping people. He grew up on farm and his passion is working with farmers. He enjoys helping them with their current financial plans as well as helping them create their own unique farm transition plan. He is active in the community and is a council member at First Lutheran Church in Bottineau. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family. His wife Stacy is a high school FACS teacher at Bottineau Public School. He has three daughters Meghan, Morgan, and Madelyn. He has one son Micheal (MJ). They all enjoy spending time at the lake and going to kids sporting events and activities year-round. 

Mike is also licensed with Blue Cross Blue Shield of ND to provide group and individual health insurance plans along with Medicare supplements.

Andy Wintermute was born and raised in Bottineau and has been with Thrivent since 2004. He has a Master of Management degree which has helped him when developing strategies to meet his member’s needs. He is passionate about income distribution, family income protection planning, and estate transition strategies all while being tax efficient.Andy is involved with the Bottineau County Fair Board. He has also lead several Habitat for Humanity trips.He and his wife Tamara are involved in several of their kids activities and enjoy encouraging Kaleb, Josie, and Jack in everything they do.View profile
