Olivia serves as the Director of Operations for Heart of the Midwest Group. She has been a valuable member of the team since 2019. She and her husband Alex got married in 2024. They are pet lovers and adore their dog (Reba) and cat (Pebbles). They live in Clear Lake and attend Zion Lutheran Church. You can catch Olivia on the pickleball court in her free time or reading a book.

Sarah is an Insurance Office Professional for Heart of the Midwest Group since 2024. She enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter. On her weekends, Sarah is frequently camping or enjoying the day walking her dog.

Jade LouxOffice Professional

Jade serves as the Office Professional for Heart of the Midwest Group. She recently joined our team in the spring of 2026. Jade and her family have recently moved home to Iowa after being in Texas for the last almost 5 1/2 years. She is married and has two girls (10 & 6) that keep her busy. You can usually catch her outside with her Belgium Malinois puppy, starting a new craft, or reading a book.
