As your guide for helping convert your financial plan to your financial "done," Bryan will lead you through surprisingly enjoyable conversations focused on realizing your goals. He uses a team approach to build deep advice-centric relationships that result in a plan to help turn those goals into an implementable plan.

Bryan is an enthusiast of Starbucks coffee, peanut butter M&Ms, and the Bucks, Packers and Brewers (in that order). In his time off, you can find him spending time with his wife and three kids or working as a board member with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

As your partner in building a customized plan to bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be, Ryan Becker will make sure your needs, wants, and wishes always come first. He will start by taking a comprehensive look at what makes you tick, just like a mechanic would start by popping the hood of your car. After that, you will work together to ensure that things get done in the way that keeps your financial engine running at optimal performance.

Outside of providing financial guidance, Ryan enjoys staying active, camping, the Green Bay Packers, and Pepperoni Pizza! Most of all, he loves spending time with his wife, Lindsay, and their four kids Olivia, Nashton, Sloan, and Aria.

As a Gateway Associates Support Advisor, Haley is here to help our advisor team turn your to-dos into to-dones. She ensures that you are always able to get answers to your questions.

Haley has a green thumb and a growing collection of houseplants. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, matcha tea lattes, and visiting breweries and wineries on the weekends.

Sr. Administrative Assistant, Millicent keeps our client service team organized and on track. She’s always prepared to help solve your inquiries and make sure we keep careful notes along the way.

Millicent and her husband Kyler are enjoying settling into their first house together. She always wants to help and is very involved with Grace Lutheran Church, the Salvation Army, the Miss America organization, and various volunteer projects. Millicent loves coffee, reading non-fiction, and spending time with her family.

Lexie acts as our team's operations manager and is no stranger to working behind the scenes. As a former stage manager, she now helps Bryan call the cues that make Gateway Associates perform up to standards that strive to exceed client expectations.

Lexie loves spending time at the Milwaukee Zoo with her husband and two kids. She speaks fluent sarcasm, can get behind a cheesy pun and enjoys a good sitcom with a glass of red wine.

Jayne is proud to be known as the “warm and fuzzy” lady in our office. She loves to get to know all of you and is thrilled to be able to assist you, whether in office or on the phone. She’s never too busy to help solve a problem or find an answer and considers herself to be part detective.

Jayne is married to Steve and has 4 adult children, Bryan, Matt, Alex, and Stephanie. She is a lover of all animals and is the “Cat Mom” of kitties James, Freddie, and Honey. She is also a lover of music of all types and can be caught singing along to her favorite tunes.

Gateway’s Paraplanner Megan takes your information and turns it into an understandable map of where you are. She creates the charts, outlines, recommendations, and analyses that help us communicate with you in each meeting.

Megan’s family includes her husband Steven and their son Weston. Together they enjoy connecting with and volunteering in their community. Megan loves traveling and exploring, cooking and baking, gardening, and four-wheeling.

Elise coordinates between you and our planning department to make sure that we always have the most accurate picture of your financial lives. She keeps the team organized and working efficiently.

Elise is a proud graduate of Wisconsin Lutheran College whose hobbies include reading, traveling, watching the Badgers, and spending time with friends and family – including her fun and energetic dog Tucker. Most mornings you will catch Elise sipping on a cold brew or iced chai (yes, even when it's -10 outside).

The trusted voice when you call into the Gateway Office is Stephanie. She is always ready to help you get the care you need from our team.

Stephanie spends her time outside of work adventuring with her husband, two daughters, and three dogs. She also enjoys painting, horseback riding, camping, and catching up on her favorite shows.

Supporting our advisors, Matthew crafts the careful analysis that drives your individualized plan forward. He takes the picture of where you are now and continues to outline the next right steps year over year.

Matthew spends his time traveling, cooking, reading, visiting national parks, loving all things Disney, playing games with his wife and daughter, and hanging with their three dogs. He loves to learn and watch others learn alongside him – especially his daughter Mellie.

Gateway’s Financial Planning Intern Easton works to keep our data sorted, complete, and up to date. This lays the foundation for all our planning and allows us to build deep relationships with each of you.

Easton works remotely from UW-Whitewater where he’s studying finance and accounting. If he isn’t in class or working, he can usually be found riding or working on a car or motorcycle.
