Eric is a financial advisor and has been with Thrivent since 2001. Eric received his bachelor’s degree from West Virginia University and enjoys reading, exploring new cities, skiing, watching basketball, working out at the gym and, most importantly, basking in the joys of fatherhood. Lately, Eric, Iryna and Steffen can often be found taking walks and enjoying the various restaurants in their neighborhood known as the Highlands.

Deidre is a financial advisor and has been with Thrivent since 2005. Deidre received her bachelor’s degree from Carthage College in Kenosha, Wisconsin and her MBA from the University of Connecticut. Deidre is on the board of the YWCA of Boulder County, is active with the Boulder Rotary Club and enjoys swimming, travelling, reading, playing pickleball with her husband, and spending time with their two young adult daughters.

Paul is an associate and has been with Thrivent since 1984. Paul received his bachelor’s degree from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota and enjoys road biking, golf, travelling with his wife and spending time with their young adult son.

Mona is an associate for the Flatirons Group and has been with Thrivent since 2018. Mona received her bachelor’s degree from Truman State University and her master’s degree from Stephens College. Mona provides new investment account support, brokerage account service and manages operations for the practice. Mona and her family enjoy spending time in the mountains and being active outdoors.

Lita is an office professional for the Flatirons Group and has been with Thrivent since 2013. She enjoys jogging, biking and golfing with her husband. They enjoy spending time with their two adult sons. Lita also enjoys traveling abroad and experiencing other cultures and their gifts to mankind.

Amy is an office professional at Flatirons Group and has been with Thrivent since 2025. A native of Colorado, she loves the mountains. Outside of work, Amy stays busy with her husband and their three busy teenage children. She is passionate about supporting her family and community, whether it's through her involvement in her kids' sports teams, her role at Thrivent, or her active participation at church.
