I grew up in Buffalo and have strong roots in the community. I married my wife Jillian in 2008 and enjoys golfing, fishing, and traveling. We are active members of St. Johns Lutheran church in Buffalo, MN.
MAKING A DIFFERENCE
Pattern Wealth Group partnered with an amazing local charity, CAER Food Shelf, at our 4th Annual Pattern Wealth Group Golf Fundraiser. We had a fun-filled day on the course and are proud to say we raised over $7000! During the awards banquet, CAER Executive Director Heather Kliewer shared how they are making a huge impact in our community for those in need.

Our Annual Business Development Conference wasn't just about making a difference for our business it was also about making a difference for others. We had the opportunity to make blankets in support of Fleece and Thank You whose mission is providing connection, comfort, and hope through its innovative programs, services, and materials to children facing illness and their families supporting them. Their goal is to provide every child facing hospital treatments with a colorful, comfortable fleece blanket and a video message of support from its maker. We are so glad we were able to help!

We didn't just sit around and look at our computers during our conference, we also took some laps to support Girls on the Run an organization Unlocking Power & Potential with evidence-based programs that inspire participants to recognize their inner strength, increase their level of physical activity, imagine their possibilities, and confidently stand up for themselves and others. Erika joined the Pattern Wealth Group after 7 years in the real estate industry.Her positive personality greets clients on the phone and welcomes them at appreciation events and personal financial reviews. As an office professional and client concierge, she supports the team in all areas of service.
Erika lives in Buffalo with her husband Josh. They are members of Saint Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Buffalo. They are proud parents of 2 adult children Evan and Hailey. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, walking and kayaking.

Theresa Janechek

Theresa has lived in Woodbury with her husband Jeff for over 30 years. She enjoys volunteering, long drives, playing cribbage, traveling to see her favorite musicians, watching football and spending time with family and friends. What is most important to her is the happiness and well-being of her family and friends.
